Offering a Community First Approach

My work has trained me to seek community input and to listen to resident and business owner concerns. Then, working together with government, business and civic representatives we develop solutions for those concerns.

What matters to our community, matters to me.

• Safety and security – at home, at work and at play.

• Keeping crime down and the local economy up.

• Supporting higher paying jobs that respond to our increased cost of living and trades education for young people to increase job opportunities beyond high school.

• Less government red tape for small business.

• Programs to reduce drug use and improve mental health for the homeless.

• Greater care and public input on how our local tax dollars are spent.

• Concern for clean and accessible water for our homes, our farm fields and our recreational activities.
